Do not stay here. Spend the extra money and get a good place to stay. The room they tried to give us was not clean when we checked in at 9pm and looked like it was rented by the hour. The room they moved us to was “clean” but had a lot of little things that made it unenjoyable to be there.

Hotel says it’s under renovations but place was disgusting! Stains on carpet and curtains. Moldy smelling and mold in the air conditioner unit. No hot water for shower. No elevator the guy behind desk at check eventually cleaned a first floor room as my mother could not navigate the stairs. Overall the staff were rude and no one had a uniform on so wasn’t sure who to address as at times no one was behind the counter but rather sitting in lobby on phone

Horrible experience! I booked a room directly through the hotel's site months in advance... As the date of the stay approached, I got the usual confirmation emails, all seemed fine. Then, early afternoon of the very day we had booked, I received a completely random, unprompted cancellation email! I did *not* cancel! I called their 1-800 customer service number and they couldn't do much but tell me that it had been canceled... I attempted several times to reach the actual main desk in Canandaigua, but no one picked up: nor could the customer service people get ahold of them. What appalling service, cancelling at the last minute with no reason given, and leaving us scrambling to find a place.

Room smelled like a gym locker room, carpet littered with stains, and one huge toe nail. Lamp shade broken, cob webs in the corner of the walls, window curtain stained and dusty. Manager and staff did great to refund my stay the next morning. We would have left the night before if it wasnt a 3+ hour drive home. The room wasnt worth 10 dollars a night let alone the $240 they charged me initially.

I always try and give at least on compliment! This is a tough one Basic low end lodging room was fine and very clean The manager seemed to be the only one who had any clue as to what was going on! the front desk staff not so much most acted like a high school drama club! walk in you’re not greeted 95% of the time! The staff are sitting in cars out front more than behind the desk! Smoking cigarettes and other things! Not one person wears any type of uniform looking like a mess! The young lady behind the counter very sweet but in reality she was not at all! talking negatively about guests and property! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Hallways filled with the smell of weed and cigarettes! load as hell breakfast bar was empty ( it happens) Like I’ve stated it’s budget lodging which is no problem but with a staff like that they’ll be closed down in no time!
